七子白，由七味名称中带“白”字的中草药配伍而成，最早的记载可追述到宋代的《太平圣惠方》，元代的《御药院方》也载有此方. 為中國千年承傳，皇宮內不外傳的秘方。
Seven-Whites is named after seven herbs whose names all contain the word White. Besides, the earliest record of Seven-Whites can be traced back to 《Formulae of the Great Peace Sagely Benevolence》 in the Song Dynasty, and also written in prescriptions from 《Formulae from the Imperial Medicine Courtyard》 in the Yuan Dynasty. It has been transmitted and disseminated in China for a millennium, and it is a secret recipe from within the Imperial Palace, which was not bequeathed to outsiders.

採購及打磨，以七種中藥 (白術、白芷、白芨、白蘞、白茯苓、白芍、珍珠粉，比例為1：1：1：1：1：1：1) 製成全天然美白面膜。

It removes wrinkles and pimples, speedily replenishes and supplements nutrients and moisturizes the water content. 1.純天然的粉粉面膜一般不會有過敏現象，但基於每個人的皮膚不同，請先在脖子或其他部位做個小面積皮試啊，以免過敏！
1. The pure, genuine and natural powder’s face mask will usually not elicit any allergic appearance. But in view of everyone’s skin being different, ask the person to do a skin test on a small surface on the neck or on another part in order to avoid allergies.
2.請在使用過程中不要與金屬器皿接觸，金屬會與花草茶和天然粉的藥理成分產生化學反應，影響效果。
2. Ask the person in the process of application not to come in touch with metal household utensils. Metal will generate a chemical reaction with the flowers, herbs and teas and the natural powder’s pharmacological make-up, exerting an influence on the efficacy.

使用方法：

潔面後取適量面膜粉 (建議用15克，可隨個人喜好加減)，加入適量的礦泉水、牛奶或花水，攪拌成糊狀，放置一段時間，讓有效成分充分游離出來，然後均勻塗於面部，如需保濕可覆蓋保鮮紙，也可把粉粉調稀一些，用面膜紙浸泡後敷於臉上，30分鐘後清洗乾淨即可，每週2次。油性、混合性皮膚，可加入適量的蛋白使用。
中性、乾性皮膚，可加入適量的蜂蜜混合使用。
After you have cleaned the face take an appropriate amount of the facial mask powder (suggested to use fifteen grams, but according to the individual’s liking increase or reduce) and mix in with an appropriate amount of spring water, milk or flower water. Mix into the consistency of a paste and leave it for a time period in order to allow the active ingredients to travel across fully, seep out and separate [into the paste]. Thereafter apply [the paste] evenly on the face, as if it required moisturizing. Perhaps cover it in plastic wrap, perhaps also dilute the powder a little bit. Use a facial mask paper after soaking, spread atop the face and after thirty minutes wash it clean. That will suffice; every week twice.
For oily natured skin and composite natured skin perhaps add an appropriate amount of egg white before use. For medium and dry-natured skin perhaps add an appropriate amount of honey to mix in before use.
